THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The construction is pathetic, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead.
